CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE: Full-time associates receive on the job training in optical and customer service. We take inbound calls to schedule appointments. Fun and laid back environment. M-F - no weekends. Great pay.

Optician - Guide patients in frame and lens selection that is best for them. Measure and adjust ophthalmic lenses for optimal wear. Create a spectacular experience for every patient. This position has a base plus incentives.

Store Manager - Execute all operations of a store including store staffing, training, goal setting and strategies to hit KPI targets, financial analysis and inventory.....plus much more. This person must be a team player and have a keen insight into goals setting and achieving. Must be able to motivate others and ensure a consistent and spectacular patient/customer experience.

Patient coordinator manages the flow of the exam schedule, prepares the patient, the patient chart and performs pre-testing. You work closely with the doctor and make recommendations to the optician and patient based on the exam findings. Must be a people person.

Refractive Surgery Technician attends surgery with the Ophthalmologist for LASIK and PRK. Must have experience and COT or COA certificate. Hourly plus bonus and benefits
